The customer does not have the option to edit or delete reviews, but they can respond to them. This will help you effectively and transparently resolve any customer complaints and dissatisfaction and increase trust in your company. For this reason, negative reviews are also displayed. If a review does not meet our guidelines or contains personal information or inappropriate language, we reserve the right not to publish such a review.

For negative reviews: if the problem with your customer has been resolved, the original review can be changed by the customer that wrote it. 

For TrustOK, the reliability and authenticity of reviews written by customers after purchasing a specific product or service is of the utmost importance. With our system, you only actively invite customers to submit their reviews. To verify and ensure the reliability of reviews, we have designed the system so that reviews only come from actual customers after they have purchased or used a service. If you use our review system and suspect that a particular review is not genuine, you can report it. Our reputation management experts will then investigate the review in more detail, and if they find it disgenuine – delete it. 

The rating you see is the average rating of your customers over the last 12 months. As per our agreement with Google, we are only taking into account and displaying reviews given in the last year, keeping your average rating and displayed reviews always relevant.

You can change the entire email and/or survey in one place, on our platform, and customize it to your needs.

Yes, thanks to our partnership with eKomi, one of 30 globally certified Google reviews partners, your customer reviews will be visible in Google search. Customer reviews will appear as yellow stars next to your business information in Google Ads and may also be visible in organic search results.
